- Worked as a contract teleworker from home via DSL and VPN connections.
- Performed development and maintenance tasks for of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Computerized Housing Underwriting Management System (CHUMS) based on UNISYS 2200 mainframe and Internet consisting of batch and online programs using COBOL, DMS, RDMS, COBOL, SQL, JavaScript, ColdFusion and HTML.
- Responsibilities included analysis, design, development, coding, testing, implementation and documentation of a variety of software in support of CHUMS processing.
- Provided support for ongoing maintenance, problem resolution, and enhancements of the CHUMS processing system.
- Primary resource for maintenance and enhancement of CHUMS case archive and restore processing of historical data (1986 thru current). Conversion of tape-based archive storage to mass-storage media.
- Development of Web page processing for HUD's SF1007 Cost Approach Appraisal form, and pages for Appraiser Sanctioning and Appeal processing, and for Non-Profits. Pages developed with HTML and Cold Fusion.
- Primary resource for maintenance and enhancements to HUD Insurance Underwriter processing.
- Primary resource for maintenance and enhancements to the Summary of Single Family Operations reporting module.
- Primary resource for DMS and RDMS data base utilities for data base reorganization and element initialization.
- Produced documents in MS Word to include: Status Reports, Statements of Understanding, Program Specifications, Modifications Specifications, Test Plans and Test Results.

- Served as Senior Analyst, Task Leader and Deputy Project Manager on contract with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Systems Engineering Division, in support of the Line of Credit Control System (LOCCS) and the Program Accounting System (PAS).
- Performed all phases of application software analysis, design, development, coding, documentation and training.
- As Task Leader and Deputy Project Manager, Supervised a team of Senior Analysts, Senior Programmer Analysts, Programmers, Technical Writers and Assistants in development and maintenance tasks in support of these and other HUD systems.
- Oversaw the conversion of these large systems to becoming Year 2000 compliant.
- Management duties included activity and task planning, budget and resource planning and control, status reporting and employee review.
